Unfortunately for their marriage, extensive touring didn't allow John much time with Cynthia and Julian. When he did come home for a bit, he spent most of his days and nights catching up on sleep. When The Beatles came off the road for good in 1966, John's experiments with drugs widened the gap between the Beatle and his wife. Later that year he met Yoko Ono.
